    一、石蜡的理化特性(一)石蜡是由于高分子碳氢化合物所构成,其结构式为CLH2n+2。含有16~35个碳原子的正烷烃,有少量的异构烷烃和环烷烃。为白色或黄色半透明无水的固体,无臭无味,呈中性反应。对酸和碱不易起反应,不溶于水,微溶于水,微溶于酒精、易溶于**、汽油、苯、煤油、氯仿等,在一般情况下不与氯化剂发生反应。(二)石蜡是石油的蒸镏产物,其溶点为30-70℃,沸点为350-360℃。。当石蜡加热到100℃或更高时,在与氧气充分接触的条件下,容易被空气中的氧气所氧化。医用的高纯度石蜡,其溶点为50-54℃其含油量。我国早已大量的生产高纯度医用石蜡,供医疗工作的需要。(三)石蜡的热容量大(见表),导热性小(导热系数为),比热为·度,为良好的带热体。由于其不含水分及其他液体物质,而且气体与水分不能透过,几乎不呈对流现象,因而有很大的蓄热性能。(四)石蜡加热后冷却时,能放出大量的热能(熔解热或凝固热)(见表),每公斤熔解的石蜡变为固体时,放出的熔解热平均为39卡热量,即是熔解时的热量。熔解石蜡的温度愈高,由液体变为固体时的过程就愈慢,因而也就能较长地保持温热。(五)石蜡具有很大的可塑性,粘稠性和延伸性。随着热能的放散和冷却,石蜡逐渐变硬。河南史东毕斯白蜂蜡SP424GNF
